Woven Soul reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

By continuing to use our website after any updates, you agree to the revised Terms & Conditions. 

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, sizing details, and images are as accurate as possible. 

Please note:

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Measurements provided may vary slightly due to the nature of production.
  • Lace placement and pattern may vary slightly from piece to piece.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues)
  • limit quantities purchased per customer

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

All payments are processed securely via our payment providers.

4. PRICING & CURRENCY

Prices displayed on our website may be shown in your local currency for convenience.

Please note that all transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) via our payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may apply an exchange rate, and the final charged amount may vary slightly depending on currency conversion rates and any applicable fees. 

Woven Soul reserves the right to update pricing without notice. This will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Woven Soul is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

6. DUTIES & TAXES

For deliveries to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, duties and taxes are included in the product price.

For international deliveries outside these destinations, orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Woven Soul piece. If something isn’t right, we accept returns for store credit only, so you can exchange or find another piece that feels more like you.

Refunds are not offered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the request must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • items must be returned in original packaging (where possible)

Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected.

Return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrectly sent.

8. FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrectly sent, we will arrange a suitable resolution (replacement, exchange, or store credit). Where applicable, return shipping may be covered by Woven Soul.

9. LOST, STOLEN / MISSING ITEMS 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Woven Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your parcel appears missing in transit, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an investigation with the courier.

10. RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS

If a parcel finds its way back to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or unpaid duties/taxes, it will be treated as a return. Any unpaid duties/taxes, return shipping costs, and reshipment fees will be deducted from the total paid. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit. 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, graphics, and design elements, are the property of Woven Soul and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woven Soul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. 

13. GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
