If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not offered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging where possible

Once your return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued accordingly.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly sent.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution (replacement, exchange, or store credit). Where applicable, return shipping may be covered by Woven Soul.
