Can I cancel or change my order?
Before you check out, take a moment to make sure everything feels right.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong details at checkout. What should I do?
Reach out immediately so we can try to assist before your order is shipped.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary for deliveries to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, with no minimum order. International shipping costs for other destinations are calculated at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are carefully packed within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link and delivery details.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered. Returns are accepted for store credit only, which can be used to exchange or choose another piece, in accordance with our return policy.
How many days do I have to request a return?
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
What condition must items be in for returns?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos. We will assist with a suitable resolution.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The final amount may vary slightly depending on your bank’s exchange rate and any applicable fees.
Will sold out pieces be restocked?
Woven Soul releases pieces in small quantities. Restocks may be limited, and not all styles will return. If a restock becomes available, it will be announced through our updates.
Are duties and taxes included?
For deliveries to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, duties and taxes are included.
For international destinations outside these countries, duties and taxes may be charged by local customs upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Why do prices appear different in my local currency?
All orders are processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). If you’re viewing prices in another currency, the amount shown is based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly depending on your payment provider

Do you offer a size guide?
Yes. Most pieces are offered in One Size, with measurements listed on each product page under Size Guide.
Will one size fit me?
Each style is designed with its own fit and silhouette. We recommend checking the product measurements on the product page before purchasing.
