Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are provided as an estimate.

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

DUTIES & TAXES

For Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, duties and taxes are included.

For all other destinations, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Duties and taxes, if required, are determined by local customs and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders ship from Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Once marked as delivered, Woven Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
• If a parcel is returned to the sender, redelivery can be arranged. Additional shipping fees may apply.
